I think it is good to be prepared for tomorrow evening.
So I am about to make small treat bags. Here are the two first ones.

I used quite normal packing paper for the bags and black paper for the cats.
Cat dies: Unbranded.
Tool: Cuttlebug.

That is a great idea! I love the look of black silhouettes on a Kraft background, the natural twine is perfect for closing your bags and the black cats are such a classic image for Halloween!
