Beccy's Place

Thanksgiving

This project is not a "normal" card, but I hope it is ok to show it here.
I am about to make an Autumn/Thanksgiving journal with pockets, tags and journal cards.
I have used patterned papers from Gi Kerr, book pages and coffee stained papers.
The two first photos show a pocket with a little notebook inside.
Coffee stained papers for the pages.

On the third photo there is a pocket covering the whole page.
The journal card has got coffee stained paper on the back.

I also used a selfmade maple leaf stencil and distress inks.

You Are So Sweet

Today I made a summer card with strawberries.
Also this one is a "mini" card.

I used:
White card stock,
red scrap paper.
Image (pre coloured) and sentiment: Beccy,
both fussy cut.
Butterfly border punch: Artoz.
The "lonely" butterfly is one of the leftovers from the border.
I used "gold" glitter on the border to illustrate
a "glittering summer day".
Red distress ink on the sentiment,
green pen for the faux stitches.

Birthday Card, Blessed

It is my husband's birthday today.
For us it is so good to know that we are blessed,
blessed by God!
And through our lives
we have been able to serve him with the gifts He has given us.
We pray that these opportunities will return
when we are back to normal life again
and can gather with others.

Also this birthday card is an easy one.
And I think my mojo is beginning to return slowly.
Thank you for your good wishes yesterday! 😊

I used:
White double card.
Paper: Wild Rose Studio.
Image and sentiment: Beccy.
Dies:
Nellie's Multiframe,
WeR Memory Keepers Nesting Card.

Strawberry Tag

Image: Beccy.
Two of the berries were glued twice on the tag
to give a sort of 3D effect.
The photo does not show it well.
Brown distress ink and red pen
on the edges outside and inside the tag.

White card stock.
Patterned paper: A bit more time to craft "Dye 20".
Image: Beccy.
Sentiment written on computer.
Spellbinders Nesting Die.
Brown pen.
Tool: Cuttlebug.

Birthday Card and Birthday Cake

Today my dear husband has birthday.
And because we both love cakes
and have been very careful
with such sweet and fat stuff for months,
we really enjoyed his birthday cake this afternoon.
I baked it myself, of course ;)

For the card I used:
Creme double card, A6;
Blue paper for the mat;
Image and sentiment: Beccy;
Dies: Spellbinders Scalloped Oval and
Nellie's Multiframe;
Stamp: Bigtime, Zürich;
Siver heat embossing.
Tool: Cuttlebug.

I want to show my card here:

And here is the cake:

how you used your non electric machine!
