Autumn / Fall Journal

Yesterday I finished this journal. I had so much fun making it!
The patterned papers and images are mostly from Gi, a couple of them from Beccy.
The papers for journaling are coffee stained.
I also made some tags and note books for writing.
The autumn leaves on most of the pages are made with
Memory Box "Falling Maple" stencil.
I also used two maple leaves punches: Artoz (the bigger one) and one unbranded.
Closure: Seam binding coloured with Dylusions Sprays.

On the page to the right  I used gesso to get a little structure.

Behind this tag there is a little note book

The note book behind the tag

A little pocket with a tag.
Cheesecloth and a little punched maple leaf on the tag.
The paper for the leaf is from Beccy.

A belly band holding a double pocket tag wich contains a note book in one pocket and a tag in the other.
Paper for the belly band: Beccy.

The middle of the journal with pockets, journal cards and tags.

A little tag with autumnal boots, Gi.
Cheesecloth and maple leaves.

This little pocket I made of autumn leaves from a freebie from Gi.

This little card has got place for writing on the back. It can be flipped to the left for writing.

A folder with a little note book inside.
Image on the front: Beccy.
(This folder I showed in a post earlier this week)

Autumn Journal

For this autumn journal I used different sets from Gi Kerr.
The image on one of the pockets is from Beccy.
As always in my journals there are lots of space to write on.
Coffee dyed papers.
To make the cover studier, I glued three layers of Amazon packing papers on the inside.
So it is not quite wrinkle free. 😁
Closure: Seam binding coloured with Dylusions Sprays.
Maple leaf punches: EK Success and Artoz.
Die: Spellbinders Oval.
Different Distress Inks.

On this pocket the image is from Beccy

Spellbinders Oval die for the writing spot.
Artoz Maple leaf punch.

The tag has its place in the little pocket on the inside of the cover.

Greeting Card, OLC

Over at The Paper Players there is a color challenge: Use Red, yellow and blue.

I made a simple greeting card
using selfmade stencils, inks and pens.

Punches for the stencils:
EK Success and Gütermann Flowers.

Versacolor and Distress Inks.
Red, blue and yellow pens for the doodling.

I thought to use this card for a birthday.
But there is no sentiment on it, so it may be used for different occasions.

Design.
Hun har mye fint!

Spellbinders Scalloped Circle die for motivet,
pluss en ukjent die bakenfor. Kanskje en Sizzix?
På de to platene brukte jeg Distress Ink "hickory smoke" rundt kantene.

Bladene er Elizabeth Design "Curvy Leaves" dies,
Blomstene: EK Success Flower Punch.
To typer Stickles: "Frosted Lace" og "Star Dust".
Noen halvperler.

Tekst-sticker fra Artoz.
(Dette kortet er til en tyskspråklig konfirmant).

Aren't they cute, the two snow people?
I used this image from Beccy on two Christmas gift tags.
Blue distress ink on the edges.

Iris Tag 2

Here is a simple made double tag with a fussy cut blue iris from Beccy.
I used Distress Ink on the edges, to pick up the colour of the flower.

Vintage Christmas Gift Tag

This afternoon my dear husband brought some delicious pieces of cake from the bakery as he returned home. The cake box was too good to throw away, so I took the clean sides and made some gift tags. Here is the first one.
I glued coffee stained paper to hide the printed side of the card stock and used Distress ink to give the tag a vintage look.

Autumn Tag

I think this image from Beccy is the most beloved autumn image for me. I use it again and again.
Here I placed it on a tag. Tag die: Spellbinders.
Coffee stained paper decorated with a self made maple leaf stencil.
Distress ink for the leaves and white pen for a little "highlight" on the image.
Seam binding coloured with Dylusions Ink Spray. Sewing.

Hidden Double Pocket Tag

I made a hidden double pocket tag for my autumn journal.
In the pockets on each side there is place for journal cards, tags or a little surprise.
At first I made the tag with coffee stained paper.
I sewed two of the sides to reinforce the openings of the pockets.
Then I punched a maple leaf with an Artoz punch
and used the negative as a stencil.
I used Distress inks with different autumn colours for the leaves.
The seam binding for the bow I coloured with Dylusions Ink Spray.

The backside has got the same leaves:

Rag Doll Tag

This cute rag doll is the September image from Beccy.
Here I have used her pre coloured version for a double tag.
I made a sort of frame around the image, using purple Distress Ink around the edges.

Birthday Card Dance

I did not stamp "Happy Birthday" on the card.
But it is a birthday card for a friend of mine.
Her birthday is today,
and a couple of hours ago I put the card in her mail box.
A birthday surprise this corona time, I think.

Also for this card
I used a paper from "A bit more time to craft" for the background.
Double card A6,
Snippets of white paper and white card stock.
Marianne Design die (LR0165),
Punces:
Martha Stewart "Lace", EK Success "Flower" and Heyda "Corner".
Glitter on the flowers, brown distress ink and brown pen.

Dance II

I made another card with this die from Marianne Design.
Although I did not stamp a Birthday greeting on it,
it is a Birthday card for a woman who is a dancer.
Her Birthday is tomorrow.
I used:
White double card,
Scrap papers: white, blue and green.
On the light blue patterned paper from Sigel
I used some stamps to create some more pattern. Blue distress ink.
The green paper is a scrap from "A bit more time to craft".
Dies:
Marianne Design: CreaTables LR 0165,
Elizabeth: Curvy Leaves,
La-La-Land: Corner.
Punches: EK Success Flowers
Silver glitter, Rhine Stone, blue and green pens.
Tool: Cuttlebug.

CAS Birthday Card

Today I made a CAS card,
inspired by the DT cards over at "Less is more".
This is for me a quite new way to make cards.

I used:
White double card A6 and white card stock.
On the card stock I placed two strips of Washi tape
 for the border.
I stamped the border with: Knorr Pandrell flowers.
Used blue distress ink on the stamp.

Coloured the flowers with blue, green and yellow distress inks.
After removing the Washi tape, I scored three lines
between the flowers and the edge of the card stock.
(Better to see on the second photo.)

The sentiment was stamped with blue distress ink
on a Cuddly Buddly stamp.
Tool: Misty.

With this card I want to take place here:
