Maritime Birthday Card

I have been away from blogspot for weeks.

But here I am again with a brand new birthday card.

I covered the name of the birthday child on this foto.

I made some maritime tags with this precoloured seagull image from Beccy. I used coloured pencils and Tombow for the background of the images, distress ink for the edges.

For my DT card I picked the upper row:

Sentiment - Image - Die Cut.

I used:

White card stock for the card,

Yellow, white and blue snippets,

Patterned paper: Bringmann.

Image and sentiment: Beccy.

Dies used:

Spellbinders: Scalloped Circle,

My Creative Time: Clouds and waves.

I also used EK Success corner punch.

The sentiment was splattered with blue water colour.

For A Little Fisher Man

I made a CAS card for a man or a boy.
I made it without a sentiment,
so it may be used for different occasions.
I'm still practicing my colouring.
This is a rather new discipline for me.
Until now I nearly always used pre-coloured images.
So well, - now I'm "learning by doing".

Recipe:

Creme double card A6;

Creme paper for the mat;

Blue and brown scrap papers (snippets);
