Christmas Gift Tag III

My next Christmas gift tag is also upcycled.
Tag die: Spellbinders.
Image: Beccy.

I glued a scrap of coffee dyed paper to the tag in order to hide the printing on the cardboard.

Then I used a stencil (Tim Holtz) and yellow distress ink to give the background some beams from the shining star.
I finished it with dark blue distress ink on the edges and around the image.

This tag fits with Beccy's Challenge Day 11 "Create a background".

Journal Pages II

I hope it is ok to post this picture.
It shows the middle pages from my red and green Christmas journal.
It is made with a stencil from Penny Black.
I had hoped to get my journal ready before deadline on Beccy's Holiday Challenge.
But no. The decoration on these pages has to wait.

Holly Christmas Card

I made another card with the same embossing folder from Tim Holtz.
Holly stensil: Penny Black.
Two different green inks for the leaves.

Christmas Journal Card

Here comes the next journalling card for my "red" Christmas journal.
I made the background with a holly stencil (Penny Black) for the leaves
and a "Q Tip" for the berries.
Distress inks.
Candle made by Marianne Design die.
Holly die: Papirdesign.
"Gold" glitter on the flame.
Red pen for the lines at the edges.

Journaling Card For My Christmas Journal

This is a simple, thin A6 card, 200 gr.
I did not glue anything on the backside to enforce it.
The scoreboard was used for the lines around the edges.
The image is from Gi Kerr's "Shabby blue Christmas".
I wanted to give the card a cold look,
so I only used light blue Versacolor ink around the edges and for the trees,
and a little silver glitter on the icicles.
Unfortunately the picture does not show the glitter.
For the trees I used a selfmade stencil.

Beccy's Place (Day 10 I: Icicle)

Monochrome Christmas Card

For this card I used blue cardstock and white paper for the mat.
The snowflakes on the mat are made with a selfmade stensil.
I used an old Marianne Design die for the stensil.
Image: Beccy.
Blue pen for the handwriting and the faux stitches.

Notepad

As I have told earlier, I love upcycling / recycling.
For this notepad I used cardstock from a food package,
Amazon packing paper to hide the prints on the cardstock,
leftovers from coffee stained papers for the pages
and a little strip of pink paper to hide the staples and to keep it all together.

Image and sentiment: Beccy.
Spellbinders Circle Die. Tim Holtz Stencil.
Distress ink: "vintage photo".

Autumn / Fall Journal

Yesterday I finished this journal. I had so much fun making it!
The patterned papers and images are mostly from Gi, a couple of them from Beccy.
The papers for journaling are coffee stained.
I also made some tags and note books for writing.
The autumn leaves on most of the pages are made with
Memory Box "Falling Maple" stencil.
I also used two maple leaves punches: Artoz (the bigger one) and one unbranded.
Closure: Seam binding coloured with Dylusions Sprays.

On the page to the right  I used gesso to get a little structure.

Behind this tag there is a little note book

A little pocket with a tag.
Cheesecloth and a little punched maple leaf on the tag.

Autumn Journal

For this autumn journal I used different sets from Gi Kerr.
The image on one of the pockets is from Beccy.
As always in my journals there are lots of space to write on.
Coffee dyed papers.
To make the cover studier, I glued three layers of Amazon packing papers on the inside.
So it is not quite wrinkle free. 😁
Closure: Seam binding coloured with Dylusions Sprays.
Maple leaf punches: EK Success and Artoz.
Die: Spellbinders Oval.
Different Distress Inks.

Greeting Card, OLC

Over at The Paper Players there is a color challenge: Use Red, yellow and blue.

I made a simple greeting card
using selfmade stencils, inks and pens.

Punches for the stencils:
EK Success and Gütermann Flowers.

Versacolor and Distress Inks.
Red, blue and yellow pens for the doodling.

I thought to use this card for a birthday.
But there is no sentiment on it, so it may be used for different occasions.

A Garden Journal

Today I finished the garden journal which I've made for the May marked in two weeks.
The papers and the butterflies are from Gi Kerr (Happiness in Crafting).
Some of the images are from Beccy. She has got many lovely flower images!
Most of the 40 pages are coffee stained and thought for writing.
I decorated each page with a little stenciling.
.
I also made some small note books. They are placed in the pockets inside the journal.

Outside of the journal. The name is translated to English "Garden Joy".

Small pockets with tags and note books.

Vintage "Seed Package" tag and pocket. Note book. Papers: Gi Kerr.

I made a little pocket of a flower card from Gi.
Also the little envelope with a fitting writing paper inside is from her.
Iris image: Beccy.
Spellbinders "Scalloped Oval" for the writing space.

Nasturtium images from Gi and Beccy.

The two next images are from Beccy. I used them each on two of the writing pages.
