The image on this card is taken from a vintage Christmas gift paper. Well, the paper is new, but the image is old.
I used white card stock for the card and for the panel.
I glued the image to the card. Then I die cut the window and embossed the card stock. Glued the embossed card stock on the card and made an "icy" frame with glitter glue.
Embossing folder: Darice "Crackled". Die: From Elizabeth "Accordion" die set.
I got inspired by the trees

Fabulous embossing folder Liv, I love the crackled look. Great idea to add an image of ice skaters too. The crackling, the frozen pond and the beautiful white card stock all come together to create a fabulous winter scene. Well done!

AntwortenLöschenIsn't it lovely when you can find some lovely vintage looking paper that is perfect scale for cardmaking. I like the "image" you used and the beautiful white embossing surrounding it. I've never seen a crackle embossing folder before but it looks so great I'm surprised there aren't more brands making them.
AntwortenLöschenThis is lovely, Liv, what a sweet scene. Thanks for playing at Christmas Kickstart, Jo x
