For this Christmas card I used:
White card stock, blue paper.
Embossing folders: Swiss dots (Cuttlebug) and Snowflakes (unknown). Maybe it is from Efco?
Stamps and snowman die: Craft Sensations.
Tombow (red and light blue), silver glitter, red pen.

I like that you have two separate embossed layers Liv. I've never thought of doing that but it looks really effective.
