For these tags I used Nuvo Shimmer Powder for the background.

Unfortunately the photos do not show the beautiful shimmer.

I used:
White card stock,

scored and bent double.

Pink scrap paper.

EK Success Flower punches.

Rhine stones.

Nuvo Shimmer Powder.

Pink Fine Liner for the frames.
