I made a rocker birthday card and used:
White card stock.
Patterned Paper: A Bit More Time To Craft.
Light orange scrap paper.
Image: Beccy.
Lifestyle Doily Circle Frame dies.
Marianne Design Butterfly die.
3D pads, green pen.
Tool: Cuttlebug.



(I think I have all but ribbon,
and YES, it is able to rock.)
