Bookmark

I needed a bookmark,
so I made one
with this beautiful peacock image from Beccy.
I fussy cut it and glued it to white card stock.
The corners were made by a corner punch from Heyda.
Blue pen for the lines on the long sides of the bookmark.
Blue and green ribbons.
So happy I had colours that fit with the image!
I placed a little flower button on the ribbon.

House Mouse Card: "Berry Please"

Here comes my second House Mouse card for this challenge,
"House Mouse with another animal or bird".
I used stamp number 382 "Berry Please" from 1999.
I stamped the image on white card stock,
colored it with water color pencils and a water brush.
then I cut it with a WeR Memory Keepers Nesting Card die
and mounted it on blue card stock on a white double card A6.
Tool: Cuttlebug.

July Rudolph Days CAS Kitty Snuggle

For this month's Rudolph Days card
I used this cute House Mouse stamp

"Kitty Snuggle" (HMI 1002) from 1999.
I stamped it on white card stock
and colored it with water color pencils and a water brush.
Then I made a thin green line at the edges
and wrote the word Peace on the card stock.

At last I mounted the card stock on a white double card, A6.
I think this CAS card doesn't need any stash.

Ich denk' an dich

Heute kommt von mir eine "mitfühlende Karte".

Birthday Card With Snippets

Yesterday was my birthday,
and today I made a birthday card with this adorable bird,
an unbranded die I got from a crafting friend of mine.
There were more wonderful toys in that present,
so later on there will come more cards from me
made with my new toys.

For this birthday card I used:
Yellow and purple card stock,
Green and yellow scrap papers.
Embossing folder: Cuttlebug "Happy Birthday".
Bird die: unbranded,
Heart die: Spellbinders,
Leaves die: Elizabeth.
Martha Stewart Heart board punch,
EK Success Flower punch.
Glass half pearls.
Tool: Cuttlebug.

Hinaus in die Freiheit, Grusskarte

Heute kommt eine "tierische" Grusskarte von mir.
Weil ich sonst fast alle meine Einträge auf Englisch schreibe,
fahre ich jetzt in dieser Sprache fort.

I used:
Cream double card, A6,
Patterned (marbled) paper: Sigel.
Scrap papers, different colours.
Image and sentiment: Beccy.
Spellbinders Oval die,
Grass die: Nellie Snellen,
Bird die: Papirdesign.
Flower punch: EK Sucess.
Silver glitter, brown distress ink, green pens.
Tool: Cuttlebug.

Greeting Card CAS

For this greeting card I used the July freebie.
Thank you for a beautiful image, Beccy!

This time I did not use an extra mat as a background for the image.
I find the structured card stock on this A6 double card
good enough as a background.
The only paper I used: Yellow scrap papers.
The image is printed on a "normal" printer paper
and glued to white card stock.
With my Cuttlebug:
WeR Memory Keepers Nesting Card dies (2 x),
Spellbinders Circle die.
Stamp: Heyda.
(The blue around the card is my table cloth 😉)

CAS Christmas Snowflakes

I made a CAS Christmas card for Norway.
I used:
White double card A6,
White card stock.
Embossing folder: Snowflakes, unbranded.
Label: Papirdesign die.
Sentiment written on computer.
Silver glitter glue in the middle of each snow flake.
Light blue distress ink.
Glass half pearls.
Toll: Cuttlebug.

I want to take place here:

Leuchtturm / Lighthouse

Heute habe ich eine maritime Grusskarte gebastelt.

Für diese Karte habe ich verwendet:
Weisse Doppelkarte Grösse A6,
Kartenkarton, weiss (Card stock),
Bastelpapier, rot und marineblau.
Farbe: Tombow.
Schablone: Tim Holtz.
Marianne Design: Leuchtturm Stanzschablone,
My Creative World: Wellen Stanzschablone.
Die Sternchen sind Reste von früheren Karten
(Artoz Sternebordüre).
Cuttlebug.

Birthday Card With Yellow Flowers

I made a birthday card with a Norwegian birthday greeting.
The inspiration for this card I got from the Tic-Tac-Toe challenge
over at The Paper Players.

I used:
Cream cardstock,
Brown paper,
Cream, yellow, orange and green scrap papers.
Embossing folder: Darice.
Banner die: Marianne Design,
Leaves: Elizabeth "Curvy Leaves" die.
Flowers: EK Success punches.
Brown distress ink, white pen.
Glitter and Rhine stone.
Sentiment written on computer.
Tool: Cuttlebug.

I chose the diagonal line: "florals, yellow, die-cut"
and also this line "florals, birthday wood".

Not so much sunshine, but I think the yellow flowers are a sort of small suns.

A Girl's Card, CAS

During the last weeks we had extremely high temperatures here
in the middle and southern part of Europe.
(I live in Switzerland.)
And I had no inspiration for card making at all.
So my blog is rather empty .....
But today I made a card after a very long time.
Hope the inspiration will return soon.

I used:
White card stock,
Pink paper, blue scrap paper.
Image: Beccy.
I decorated the background with Nuvo Shimmer Powder.
Dies used:
WeR Memory Keepers Nesting Card die,
Marianne Design Note Key
Blue pen for the faux stitches and the notes.
Tool: Cuttlebug.
